Admission Process

It's important to put thought into choosing the village you want to allow to help raise your child. We are glad that you are considering The Garden, and our admissions process is designed to explore that fit so that you can make the best decision for your family and we can make the best decision for ours.

  1. Visit the school to see our dynamic curriculum and approach in action. Stop by an open house, or contact us to arrange a personal tour of our campus and to ask any questions you may have about our school.

  2. Complete the application for admissions, which includes information about your student and family, and requires a $100 application fee.

  3. Schedule an observation day for your student to participate in the life of the school, and submit required assessment information.

  4. Complete a family interview to review application packet and identify any potential needs or considerations. Both parents are strongly encouraged to be present.

  5. Acceptance decision will be communicated within 2 business days of family interview.

Admissions Timeline

Although the admissions process can be completed at any time, please note the following dates as you plan your application and enrollment:
November 1st, 2017 – Enrollment season for the 2018-2019 school year opens. 
March 1st, 2018 – Indexed tuition assistance applications for the 2018-2019 school year must be received in order to ensure eligibility.                    
March 31st, 2018 – Applicants will be informed of their acceptance status and of any financial assistance awarded, if applicable..

Applications for enrollment as well as for financial aid will continue to be accepted through the spring and summer, based on available space and resources.
