  D. Andrew Chriscoe (Don Andres)   Andrew has completed his MBA and Bachelors with a double major in Spanish & Business Administration. As part of his Advanced Language and Business studies he traveled to Spain & Ecuador. During his time there he studied the biodiversity and natural hazards in Ecuador (including the Galapagos Islands and the Amazon). He also played basebalI with his peers from Shorter College, Rome GA & from Puerto Rico. Andrew is an Appalachian Trail "thru hiker" 2017.  All these experiences have helped cultivate his love for the great outdoors and an enthusiasm to share with new generations his understanding of different cultures, people & experiences.

  Lesley Lang   Lesley holds a degree from the Boston College Carroll School of Management with a concentration in Marketing, and a Master’s In Teaching from Oglethorpe University. She has a background in marketing research and project management. Lesley has also worked as an early childhood educator, as well as spent several years as a teaching assistant and a 4th grade lead teacher. She enjoys hiking, camping and spending time with her family. Her two children attend The Garden.

  Fatima Azar Bagheri   Fatima has always loved spending time in nature, observing the world around her, and taking inspiration from it. She believes in the power of meaningful interactions with others and the natural world through place-based education to construct our truths and knowledge. Explorer and storyteller at heart, Amanda loves to rock climb, cycle, spend time with her family and 6 siblings (!), and backpack with Dexter, her dog.

  Nina Declama   Nina has a degree in Communications with a background in the Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry and Business Marketing. She is currently a certified Yoga Instructor and officially a registered Yoga Teacher.

He is the author of a music composition curriculum that takes the children on magical quests. The students must write songs in order to progress through the quest. This process is a highly effective teaching tool and is loved by the children.

  Aja Terrell   Aja has a decade of experience working with children on the spectrum and with behavioral disabilities. She holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science/Criminal Justice and a Master’s in Professional Counseling. She has worked as a mental health counselor servicing adolescents. She has four children, two of which attend The Garden School.

  Ieva Regaine   Ieva has a background in early childhood education. She loves crafts, especially crochet. She enjoys teaching crafts to both children and adults. She enjoys working in small groups where the teaching approach can be adjusted to fit each child’s personality. She invites neighborhood children to join her classes where kids can create things with their hands. Ieva loves the outdoors. Several times a year, Ieva, her husband, and three kids camp in the North Georgia mountains. She loves sitting at the fireplace with her crochet project in her lap.
