Hello Second Grade Families,
As the school year came to an end last week, we all realized what a great year full of learning and laughing we experienced this year. The Second Grade had a blast at field day, running through the sprinklers and getting their friends soaked with buckets of water. Additionally, the Second graders had another opportunity to spend time with the First graders, have some fun with shaving cream, share memories, and sing songs together. This also gave the students time to get to know their future classmates in ways that helped to build friendships, to get to know Ki Meredith better, and to make fun memories together already. The class also worked hard to collect and clean everything for the summer to come.
It has been a fun and fulfilling year with your amazing children. Thank you for the thoughtful end of the year gift and have a great summer, enjoy your time together, and have safe travels.
