Kindergarten Turtles: May 18-22, 2026
Greetings, Turtle Families,
School is out for summer! Our last week was full. The children loved bringing their stuffies to school, field day, and going on a treasure hunt. We visited the creek everyday! We chopped strawberries on Monday and then ate delicious strawberry sorbet on Wednesday. Field Day was lots of fun, a day full of games! Our circle was our “Greatest Hits”; the children picked their favorite songs and verses from the year, and we did a circle of those songs. It was a special, busy, fun week.
Thank you all for the very generous end-of-year gift. Ki Emily and I felt very loved and appreciated and truly loved all of the personal notes and handmade gifts. The children have learned and grown so much this year! It was an honor to watch them and guide them. For those not returning next year, you will be missed, and we wish you all the best – your children hold a special place in our hearts. For those who will be back at The Garden School in the fall, have a wonderful summer, and we can’t wait to see you again!
