The week greeted us with a variety of weather conditions: Monday nice and warm, Wednesday rainy and Friday cold. We spent a little more time inside the week. Our story for the week was “Old Gnome’s candlestick.”

Wednesday we made our vegetable soup again. Most students enjoyed the soup. As we get different vegetables every time, the soup doesn’t have a fixed recipe. Afterward, we went to our small playground right next to the school.

We started making faces from our snack vegetables during snack time. Students are enjoying this activity.

Friday we painted in the class. We used a yellow color to remind us of the sun and sunshine that we see less during these winter months.
