This week's theme was the dandelion, our favorite flower! With their beautiful yellow petals, dandelions remind us of the sun. Dandelions are blooming everywhere right now. Hopefully, you were all able to spot some yellow or white-headed ones in your yard or your neighborhood. For all who were not able to hear it yet, a recording of the poem about Dandelions is on our Google Classroom.

We are sharing a photo of refreshing lemonade that Ki Ieva made at home, using dandelions and a few other edible flowers as decorations. You can also make healthy lemonade for yourself with 1 cup of icy water, the juice of ½ lemon, and just a teaspoon of sugar.

We are missing to see you in the school garden. Luckily, we can spend a lot of time outdoors around our house, and we would like you to do the same with your children.
