The school year has ended, and this was a great week to end the year! So many nice things happened this week to help compensate for the unusual ending of the school year.

First, we were excited to see most of you in our Zoom celebration! After not seeing students for so many days, we were finally able to see them and share a song and a story.

Even better, we visited all of you on Thursday! The trip took longer than we planned for but it was totally worth it to see everyone in person. We loved saying hi to our lovely students and sharing gifts with each other. We were tired, but happy at the end of the day.

The week’s theme was butterflies. Taking a walk around the neighborhood, I observed several butterflies flying around the flowers. One was light yellow and the other was almost black. They were going around each other in a circle performing a spring dance. I hope that you were able to spot some butterflies yourself.
