Dear Honeybee Families,

We had some wonderful experiences during our first full week of school. On Monday and Thursday, we enjoyed delightful excursions to the creek. Tuesday brought a collaborative activity where the students worked together to chop vegetables for our shared snack. On Wednesday, our focus shifted to creativity as we spent time painting with watercolors. On Friday, the children were offered the opportunity to draw. We have been settling into our rhythms and enjoying the start of the school year.

Looking ahead to next week, we will continue with our engaging activities: visiting the creek, chopping vegetables, painting, and drawing. We will also introduce a new story about how apples got their star. Additionally, we will incorporate a couple more songs into our circle time and explore more of our forest surroundings.
